PolkaDOT is a RGB LED combined with a driver. PolkaDOTs can be daisy-chained and controlled with the Propeller microchip from Parallax. The test matrix in the video serves as a small prototype for bigger matrices planned for an installation in public space. Read more about it on the project website.
