The ZAAK mirror screen creates an abstract 3d portrait of the person standing in front of it. The mirror screen is composed of a partial transparent spy mirror and a 42" LCD screen. Microsofts kinect camera was used as a basis for the 3d imagary. The abstraction in forms of polygons was generated using the technique of delaunay triangulation. Integrated in the box was a mobile printer that could print a snapshot on photo paper.
